Shipping Information:

Shipping charges are automatically calculated for orders shipped within the Continental USA. For orders shipped to an international destination or to a USA territory, the shipping charges will be confirmed with you via email or phone upon processing your order.
Orders shipped within the Continental USA are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. We do offer other UPS services like Next Day Service as well as Two Day Rush Delivery Service.
Orders shipped to an international destination or to a USA territory are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Insured or Express.
We do not take responsibility for the loss of packages shipped via USPS.
Most orders received prior to 2:00 P.M. are shipped within the same business day.
As required by law, all orders shipped within New York State are subject to sales tax. No sales tax applied to orders shipped outside New York State.

International orders:

International credit cards are accepted with the following condition:
International credit card orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. All domestic and international credit cards are verified with the issuing bank.
International shipments, depending on its’ weight, are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Insured.

We are not liable and can offer no specific advice on customs duties, VAT or any other applicable charges incurring once the shipment leaves our facility. We urge you to please consult with your local government import office regarding the custom duty and tax rates for your country.

Return policies:

All returns require a prior authorization and a RA number.

• Returned merchandise must be in perfect resalable condition, in its original manufacturer's carton all its contents included. Instruction manuals and blank warranty cards must be returned.
• Please include a copy of the original sales receipt and a letter briefly explaining reason for return.
• Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee.
• Return authorizations will only be granted within ten days of receipt of order. Items must be returned to our location within a week.
• Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
• Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
• For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Special-order items or selected products may not be returned to TheCameraBox.com Inc. Direct all special-order items to the manufacturer if found defective.
• Merchandise accepted for return will be inspected and evaluated for credit upon its return and are then subject to our acceptance and approval.
• Credit will be issued to your credit/debit card unless other form of payment was initially used in the purchase.
• It may take up to 5 business days to process your return.
• Shipping charges are not refundable, regardless.
• No returns accepted without prior authorization and a RA number.
